Bible Challenge:
Bible Challenge-The Word group will expand your prayerlife! Participate in the on-going online discussions! Bibles are still available and all interested are welcome. This week the group is reading October 2-October 8.

Annual Parish Meeting:
Sunday, February 7 following the 10:30a.m. service. Traditional Cajun Chicken/Sausage Gumbo (with Hot dogs/chips for the Gumbo challenged). Luncheon following meeting. Signup in Cloister for setup, cleanup or to bring a dessert. Reports are due in the parish office no later than Sunday, January 24 (preferably via email).

The Pancake Supper is a long-standing All Saints tradition meant to be a time of community for our parishioners, friends, neighbors and all are welcome. Come join us – particularly those of you with kids ages 6 and under-as they eat for free!!

TIME: 5pm to 7pm in Parish Hall
COST: $5 per person (Pay at the door) – kids 6 and under eat free !

Book Group:
Looking for something different to read? Join the Book Group and enlighten your mind with that bestselling fourth-century classic, St. Augustine Confessions, by St. Augustine himself! Have no fear or trepidation - there are many modern translations. Choose the version that appeals to you. It will make for interesting comparisons. We are only going to read the first half for our next meeting. Plan to read through Chapter 8 for Thursday, March 11th. "Confessions is one of the most resonant texts in the Western canon, and continues to influence contemporary religion, languages, and thought."
Lenten Soup Suppers Are Back !!!:
Join us for a simple dinner of soup and bread, a short lesson, and Compline Wednesday evenings in Lent (Feb 24, March 3, 10, 17, and 24) from 6:30-8:00p.m. in the Parish Hall.

Facebook:
All Saints has it's own Facebook page-Check it out. Once you set up your own page sign up on our page as a "fan" with just a click. That's all there is too it! You'll see all kinds of announcements for events, photos, messages, etc.
Recycle Cell Phones:
Church Women United is collecting old cell phones to benefit battered women and children. Phones do not have to be cleared-that will be done for us. Place phones (and charges and manuals if available) together in the box in the Cloister.
Eyeglass Collection:
The Lions Club collects used eyeglasses; there is a collection box in the cloister.
Ronald McDonald House :
Ronald McDonald House near Loyola needs your help. Please take a "house" home and collect aluminum can tabs. Monies collected by recycling help in the operating costs of the house.
