Community Music Events
On Sunday, February 8, Tempo Primo's Woodwind Quintet performed dance music from the 17th to 20th Centuries. Money collected from the free will offering went to support the Asylum Seekers Emergency Fund, established by the Episcopal Diocese of Chicago's Sanctuary Task Force which supports the immediate needs of new arrivals as they pursue the state benefits and legal status that can put them on the path to independence.

On Sunday, September 14, All Saints hosted a Gospel Musical Event led by Elsa Harris. In addition to Elsa performing, we had 6 members of the All Saints Choir (Bob Konold, Rachel Sabonis, Linda Zulaski, Kelley Eckmayer, Aiden Eckmayer, and Susan Cherco), and our organist and choir leader, Mara Leonard, providing entertainment for our audience. In the audience, we had 23 members of All Saints Church and 15 guests. In total, we had 46 people present. One highlight of the event was a surprise solo performance by our own Fr. L.D. Wood-Hull. Thanks to everyone who helped with setup/cleanup, brought food and attended. Thanks also to Susan Cherco's son-in-law, Lance Helgeson, for setting up his microphones and PA system for the event. A fun time was had by all. We collected $552 for Cradles to Crayons, the charity that we supported for this event. Anyone who is interested in being part of the Music Event Planning Team is welcome to join us at our next meeting which will be held on October 19th after the 10:00 service.
