Holy Week 2021
We invite you to walk with Jesus through Holy Week and to participate fully in the services celebrated.
PALM SUNDAY
March 28, 2021 | 9AM
We gather in the Parish Hall where Jesus asks us to prepare to march. Get a donkey, bless a palm, grab an instrument and triumphantly walk into the church. All is upbeat. The mats have been laid out welcoming us. We break bread and drink wine. But then the shadow of a cross beckons to hear the passion narrative. If, due to health choices, you cannot worship in person, pick up blessed branches and communion on Thursday and Friday. Please call and let us know you are on the way so we can ensure you can get in.

GOOD FRIDAY
April 2, 2021
On Friday, the Church remembers that, just as Jesus prayed for us while being executed on a cross, we are called as his followers to pray for the world.
EASTER VIGIL
April 3, 2021 | 7pm
We honor our dead by gathering with them in our memorial garden. We long for the day when we see them again, granted new life on the other side of the grave. We light the Paschal fire to capture our longing. We move into the church to hear the story of God's people. As we respond with thanksgiving to the biblical tradition handed down to us, we respond in faith to find our place in God's story.

EASTER DAY
April 4, 2021 | 8am and 10am
We have walked with Jesus to the cross to new life. We have heard the story of salvation history captured in the Hebrew and Christian scriptures. We have heard the Gospel story and by listening we learn how to live. We celebrate proclaiming that, with God, all things are possible - even life after death.
